KONEX service and repairs

Lisbon area: bring your bicycle to our Amadora workshop by appointment, or ask for collection and return. Other areas: your nearest authorized dealer. Tell us what is wrong and send photos — we reply with a quote before any work starts.

Guarantee repairs are free of charge, including transport within Portugal, when the fault is covered by the legal guarantee. Paid repairs: minimum €15 labour; parts quoted before work. First check-up within 30 days of delivery: free at our workshop.
